Sending an enquiry through email, WhatsApp, or the contact form does not create a service agreement or require either party to proceed.
A project begins only when both parties separately agree to its scope and commercial terms through an accepted proposal, quotation, statement of work, invoice, contract, or other written confirmation. A project-specific agreement controls if it conflicts with these website terms for that project.
4. Client responsibilities
When requesting or purchasing services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and lawful information.
- Have authority to act for any organization you represent.
- Provide required materials, access, decisions, and feedback within agreed timelines.
- Hold the necessary rights to content, data, software, or branding you supply.
- Use delivered work only for lawful purposes and under the project agreement.
Scope changes, delayed feedback, missing materials, or third-party dependencies may affect cost and delivery timing. Any changes will be handled through the applicable agreement or written confirmation.
5. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, website text, graphics, branding, designs, and other original materials belong to or are licensed to ZMT STUDIOS. You may view them for personal or internal business evaluation but may not reproduce, sell, publish, or commercially exploit them without permission.
Ownership and permitted use of custom project deliverables are defined in the applicable project agreement. Third-party names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

8. WhatsApp communications
Selecting WhatsApp places the contact-form information into a WhatsApp draft addressed to +92 322 0040567. Continuing transfers those details to WhatsApp/Meta to prepare the draft. You remain responsible for reviewing it and pressing Send to deliver it to the ZMT Studios business inbox.
By sending the message, you request replies from ZMT STUDIOS about that enquiry through WhatsApp. This does not give consent for unrelated promotional messages. You may ask us to stop communicating through WhatsApp at any time.
9. Website availability and accuracy
We aim to keep website information useful and current, but content may contain errors or become outdated. The website may be changed, suspended, or unavailable without notice. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted, completely secure, or error-free operation. Commitments relating to paid work apply only when included in a project-specific written agreement.
