Data Deletion Instructions
How to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held by ZMT STUDIOS.
1. Before you submit a request
The website does not store a separate backend copy of information typed into an unsent contact form. Continuing to WhatsApp transfers the entered details to WhatsApp/Meta to prepare a draft, even if you do not then press Send. The draft reaches the ZMT Studios business inbox only after you press Send. A delivered message may be held in our email or WhatsApp business communications and by the provider you used.
2. Request deletion
Email admin@zmtstudios.com with the subject Data Deletion Request. To help us locate the correct records, include:
- Your full name.
- The email address or WhatsApp number used to contact us.
- An approximate date and brief description of the interaction.
- Whether you want access, correction, or deletion.
Do not send passwords, identity documents, payment credentials, or other highly sensitive information with your initial request. We will ask only for reasonable verification if it is needed to protect your information from an unauthorized request.
3. What happens next
We will acknowledge and respond within the period required by applicable law. Where no specific period applies, we aim to respond within 30 days. We will review the request, verify it where reasonably necessary, and act on eligible data under our control. We will confirm completion or explain any lawful limitation. We may retain limited information where required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or the establishment or defence of legal claims.
4. Third-party copies
A request to ZMT STUDIOS does not automatically delete copies independently controlled by WhatsApp, Meta, an email provider, device backups, or another service. You may need to use that provider's own privacy controls or contact process. See our Privacy Policy at https://zmtstudios.com/privacy-policy/ for more information.
