2. Information you choose to provide

- Information included in later project, support, or business communications.
Please do not send passwords, full payment-card or bank-account details, government ID numbers, or other highly sensitive information through the form, email, or WhatsApp.
3. How the contact form works
This website does not send form entries to a ZMT Studios database or store them through a website backend. It prepares your chosen contact handoff using the details you enter:
- The email option opens your email application with a prepared message.
- The WhatsApp option opens a prepared message addressed to ZMT STUDIOS at +92 322 0040567.
If you continue to WhatsApp, the form details are encoded in the click-to-chat URL and transferred to WhatsApp/Meta so the draft can open. This transfer occurs before you press Send, and the URL may be handled by your browser and service request logs. The draft does not reach the ZMT Studios business inbox until you press Send in WhatsApp. For email, the message does not reach us until you send it from your email app.
Once delivered, the message may be stored in our email or WhatsApp account, on relevant devices, and by the communication provider under its own policies.
4. Website usage data and cookies
At the date of this policy, we do not intentionally use analytics tools, advertising trackers, or marketing cookies on this website. Our hosting or infrastructure providers may process limited technical data such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and request time to deliver and secure the website.
If we introduce analytics, advertising cookies, or similar technologies, we will update this policy and request consent where required.
5. How we use information
We may use information you send to:
- Respond to and assess your enquiry.
- Prepare proposals, estimates, or service communications.
- Deliver and support services you agree to receive.

6. WhatsApp and Meta
Continuing to WhatsApp transfers your entered details to WhatsApp/Meta to prepare the draft. Sending that draft asks ZMT STUDIOS to receive and reply to the enquiry through WhatsApp. WhatsApp and Meta may process your phone number, profile information, message content, and related technical data under the WhatsApp Privacy Policy (https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy). Their systems may process data in countries other than your own.
This website currently uses a click-to-chat handoff and does not itself operate a WhatsApp Business Platform webhook or message database. If we introduce the WhatsApp Business Platform or a service provider to manage conversations, we will update this notice before that processing starts. The provider, including Meta where applicable, may then process message content, delivery status, timestamps, identifiers, and related metadata to deliver and manage those communications. Contacting us about an enquiry does not opt you into unrelated marketing, and you may ask us to stop messaging you at any time.
7. Sharing of information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Information may be processed by:
- Email, WhatsApp, Meta, hosting, or technical providers needed for your chosen channel.
- Service providers supporting an agreed project where reasonably necessary.

The website does not retain a separate database copy of an unsent form entry.
